Welcome to NCSS History
NCSS was national forum body for school sport associations and others with an interest in competitive school sport. Its vision was to create a 21st century school sport competition system by working with our members and other partners through school sport partnerships
A new National schools competition framework develops
The NCSS with it's partners in Sport England and the Youth Sport Trust has been taking a lead role in the development of a new National schools competition framework. For more details of this and the introduction of Competition Managers in 20 school sport partnerships from September 2005 please click here.
Further details can be found on www.youthsporttrust.org. From the home page click core programmes-PESSCL and find the link to the National Competitions frameworks at the bottom of the page.
